  • We collect your personal information because we have a legitimate interest in collecting it to help us understand our audience reach; to ensure that our workshops offer equality of opportunity; and to help our ongoing evaluating and improvement of the Word by Word Presents project. 

  • We will keep your data securely at all times. 

  • The personal data we collect may include your name and contact details. For equality monitoring purposes, we also collect limited information about protected characteristics.

  • Your personal data will be kept until the end of the evaluation phase of the project in September 2022.

  • We will not share your personal data with any other organisations or use it for marketing purposes. Any data we share with Arts Council England or any other third parties will be anonymised and processed in a way that ensures you are not identifiable. 

  • You have the right to withdraw your consent to data processing at any time and to request us to provide you with any information we have about you. 

  • You have the right to make a complaint to the ICO (Information Commissioner’s Office), if you believe our processing of your data to be unlawful.
